Rob attended Penn State and completed his massage therapy certification in 2011. He holds a certification in medical massage and has additional training in cupping and IASTM to support targeted, results-driven treatment.
He transitioned into massage therapy full-time in 2013 and developed a strong focus on sports-based work after connecting with Vincent at a state conference in 2014.
Rob also speaks basic Spanish, allowing him to better support a wider range of clients.

Stephanie began her training at Wake Tech, enrolling in the Massage Therapy program in 2017 and graduating in 2018. She gained early experience in a spa setting, building a strong foundation in hands-on bodywork.
Her passion lies in working with athletes and delivering results-driven care. She enjoys helping clients improve performance, recover more effectively, and feel better overall, and is excited to be part of the Myology team.
Dominic Rowden

Dominic is a dedicated fitness professional with a strong background in rehabilitation, functional training, and sports recovery. A graduate of Gwinnett College, he combines hands-on experience with a deep understanding of how the body moves and performs.
With over 10 years as a personal trainer, along with experience as a powerlifter, former athlete, and business owner, Dominic brings a well-rounded approach to helping clients improve strength, movement, and recovery.
Whether you’re an athlete, lifter, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, Dominic focuses on building a clear, sustainable path forward.

Chris has a strong passion for science, problem-solving, and helping people move and feel better. He gained early experience working with the Wake Forest University football team’s athletic training staff in 2014–2015.
He earned his massage therapy degree from Wake Tech in 2019, began his career in a spa setting, and later joined Myology to focus on more targeted, results-driven care.
Chris is also fluent in Spanish, allowing him to support a wider range of clients.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University and completed her massage therapy training at GTCC in 2020. She is a neuromuscular therapist with experience across a variety of treatment modalities.
Her favorite part of the work is helping clients improve their mobility and feel better in their day-to-day lives.

Vincent is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience and the founder of Myology Sports Massage and the Myology Method. He is Level II certified in Myofascial Decompression through CupTherapy, certified in RockTape’s Functional Movement Techniques I & II, and a USAW Sport Performance Coach.
He built Myology with a focus on delivering consistent, results-driven care while developing a team that operates with the same standard. His priority is creating an environment where both clients and therapists can perform at a high level, improve over time, and sustain long-term results.
